Am i crazy?

Question :

One minute i'm happyish. . The next i'm thinking about how everyone would be happier without me here. I think of ways to kill myself. Even ways that would be easier to clean up so my family wouldn't have a mess. . . Whats wrong with me? my life isn't too bad, it could be a lot better but whose couldn't? . . Am i crazy or what. . . I don't like thinking like this. . Advice please? a little bit about me: i'm 18, i may have skin cancer, i just found out i may never have kids, i'm engaged, my fiance did use to cheat on me and now a girl claims to have his kid, i just graduated high school, i'm trying to find my own place, i start college in august, most people say i'm pretty, never really had friends girls just didnt talk to me.. I'm the youngest of 9 kids, i use to have a cutting problem, when my fiance cheated on me, i don't drink or do drugs. . thats enough info i hope. . Just need advice please.

I Can't Sleep Solution

My hip snd my neck are stiff I have knots everywhere and I have a bad cold I can't beathe good and my throat hurts really bad I already took lots of medicine and now it's 4 in the morning and I can't sleep. How can I have a good night sleep? I feel so gross.
