I currently weigh 81 kilos (178 lbs), and I've been this way for like forever. My height is 5'10" (177cm), and according to the BMI I'm 6 kilos owerweight! .I have come a long way from 90 kilos (198lbs), like lost 10 kilos in a year. But these extra five kilos just wont go!!!...I hit the gym nearly everyday! I run the treadmill, do weights and stuff......but now I'm at a plateau! I'm neither gaining nor losing! I have cut down on the amount I eat . Why wont those stupid 5 kilos go? any idea how I can get rid off em stat?
Answers :
1.You need to eat 100 less calories a day.
2.If working out does not help then try drinking 1 glass of lime juice before you take your meals. Lime is known to cut down extra fats.
